Is The Bible True?

Two things my mother told me to never discuss over dinner are religion and politics, because they are sure to start conflict. But in this case I’ll discuss religion but just not over dinner. Do you believe in the bible? Do you sometimes doubt what you read in the bible? Do you find truth in the bible? Well personally I believe in the bible, but I am ready to discuss the doubt that people have about the bible. People may doubt the bible because there are so many testaments; people question Christ existents, and non-believers in other religions.
Since I have been born there have been at least three new testaments of the bible. There are so many new testaments of the bible. There are so many new testaments people don’t know what to believe. Some lost faith and question the truth in the bible. The new testaments cause confusion to the older people who were raised on the Old Testament bible. These knew changes bring questions some unanswered on whether the bible is actually true.
Followed by the new testaments there are also questions on whether Christ is actually real. There are a lot of suspicions that comes from reading the bible. Some question the story about Virgin Mary. How can women become pregnant without any sexual activity and still be impregnated? This to some people is unreal. How can a women be labeled a “virgin” and have a baby. This unrealistic story leads up to the existence of Christ. Is the story to exaggerated is in unbelievable? Some say yes others think differently.
When I was young I was raised on the bible and to believe Christ was my savior, but in some homes and cultures people believe in different things. People raised on Buddha and Allah find the bible untrue. When you are born in a religion or join that religion you believe in something else. Like the people that question the bible other religions question Christ, but all in all we as people believe in some God whether it is Allah, Buddha, or Christ.
In conclusion, many may say Christ is not real neither is the bible, because of the unrealistic stories, the many questions, and those that don’t believe in Christ, but in this day and age who is to say what’s real because reality is sometimes as fake as a cartoon. Sometimes the only thing you can believe in is yourself so I ask you now, do you find truth in the bible?
